Equine-Assisted Learning (EAL)
Equine-Assisted Learning is a ground-based program that uses interactions with horses to strengthen communication, leadership, teamwork, emotional awareness, and problem-solving skills. No riding is involved.
Unlike traditional classroom learning, participants discover new ways to build confidence, develop healthy relationships, and improve self-awareness through meaningful experiences with horses.
SIRE offers EAL for veterans, youth, schools, community organizations, and other groups seeking personal growth and team development.
